Origin – Native to North America.

Other information – This weedy species has been reported mainly in the northern half of Alabama but has been reported on the coast as well. The plant can be identified by its small white flowers, pubescent stems, pinnatifid leaves, and somewhat compressed fruits. In the winter the plant can be identified by its small basal rosette of leaves.
The genus name Sibara is an anagram of another closely related genus, Arabis.
