Currently, Paypal is the e-wallet with the largest network in the market, when it is accepted by many international e-commerce websites as online payment services. In addition, this is also the e-wallet with the most utilities, with super attractive incentives for users.

It is for these reasons that many customers are buying marijuana seeds with Paypal. However, not all cannabis seed banks accept Paypal. That is why we have prepared a list of seed banks that accept Paypal below with some other information.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is a digital wallet or an online payment gateway on the Internet, established in 1998 and headquartered in San Jose, California, US.

Simply select PayPal when you choose a payment option on this website and you can quickly open a PayPal account and add a payment method to complete your purchase. You can use your PayPal account to shop with millions of brands and sellers globally wherever you see the PayPal logo.

As a PayPal member, you can:

• Transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account
• Get an advance from your credit card and deposit the amount into your PayPal account
• Transfer money from your own PayPal account to another member’s PayPal account
• Transfer money from your PayPal account to your checking or savings account
• Have a check mailed to you for your PayPal account balance
• Get a PayPal debit card that you can use to make real-world purchases from your PayPal account

What are the Benefits of Paying with Paypal?

#1 Credit card security

When you sign up for a PayPal account, you enter the credit card and bank account you want to use for one-time purchases on PayPal’s secure system. Once that’s done, you’ll never have to reveal your credit card information online again.

By paying with PayPal, you keep your credit card information private, meaning you can shop without worrying about hackers downloading your account data from online merchants.

#2 High flexibility

Reduce the embarrassment and hassle of trying to buy goods and services online only to have your credit card declined.

Since you can set up multiple bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards to fund your PayPal account, you can rest assured that your PayPal purchases always come through the first time. PayPal will then seek funds from your sources based on the order you specify.

#3 Fast and easy money transfer

Whether you need to send money to someone in the country or a friend in urgent need of money located elsewhere outside the country, PayPal users can instantly transfer money to them with just one click.

Save time and money over costly Western Union transfers while getting money where you want it to be faster than ever.

#4 Good support for Apple’s devices

The PayPal iPhone app makes it easy to shop online and transfer money wherever you are. All you have to do is head over to the Apple iTunes store and search for the PayPal app and you’ll be ready to transfer, send money, pay bills, review your transaction history, and make purchases right from your heart.

Since PayPal will ask you to confirm transactions with a PIN, you can rest assured that your finances are safe if your iPhone is lost or stolen. If you meet someone you need to pay out of town, just tap your iPhone and make the transfer.

#5 Online Auction

How can anyone talk about PayPal without mentioning eBay? Because PayPal is integrated with the online auction powerhouse, you can bid and buy securely.

Buyer protection and a structured complaint resolution process mean eBay contractors have more protection than most credit cardholders when it comes to one of the most popular online shopping sites.

#6 Free

One of the best reasons to use PayPal is its cost: it’s free. No annual membership fees, no handling fees, no service fees. Shoppers using PayPal get all the powerful advantages associated with the service and don’t have to pay a dime.

#7 Discount Programs

PayPal sponsors special discounts for customers shopping with PayPal at select retailers. Users can find the latest special offers from companies like HP, Barnes & Noble, Wal-Mart, Nike, and more.

The bottom line is that PayPal can save you money on the things you need where you shop. To take advantage of the savings, all you have to do is copy the special promo code from the PayPal shopping website and paste it into your order at the merchant’s site when you pay with PayPal.

Is Paypal Really Safe?

As mentioned above, the first thing that makes Paypal really stand out is its security, safety, and ease of use. If what is the Paypal effect it will be very easy to achieve the effect. This is considered the most secure electronic wallet at the moment.

So for transactions that require high security like buying marijuana seeds from an online seed bank, Paypal is a safe option. And Paypal will make sure no third parties know about your transaction, except those who know your password.

Using PayPal to make purchases, you only need to enter your PayPal email and password, so it’s safer than using it directly with a Visa card. Besides, not only is a famous business known around the world, many online shopping sites support payment via PayPal.

However, to ensure optimal benefits, when using PayPal for transactions, you should evaluate the reputation of the sales website, pay only through the official website and be wary of fake PayPal emails.

Are There Seed Banks Which Accept Paypal?

And another difficult problem that you need to solve is to find reputable seed banks among the seed banks that accept Paypal. Not all seed banks out there can provide you with good quality seeds that are not scams.

Why Seed Banks Rarely Accept Paypal?

All the seed banks that we have listed above, almost do not accept payment directly with Paypal, but you need to use Paypal to buy Bitcoin, then use that Bitcoin to pay for the order.

Why these banks do not accept payment directly with Paypal? There are many reasons for this disapproval. The main reason, however, is that Paypal has strict regulations regarding the sale of products that fall under the category/class of narcotics, steroids, controlled substances, or injecting drug paraphernalia.

Paypal classifies marijuana seeds as a controlled substance, and obviously Paypal users are not authorized to pay for orders involving cannabis seeds. And this brings many risks for both the seller and the buyer.

Besides, the high commission fee per transaction is another reason that many seed banks are not willing to take the risk to accept payment with Paypal. The seed bank will incur a high commission, 3% per transaction plus an additional fee of $0.30.

The many risks, plus the high commissions leading to reduced revenue, are clearly unattractive to any seller. That’s why most of the seed banks accept indirect payments with Paypal, by Bitcoin.

Types of cannabis seeds: Understanding the Basics of Cannabis Seeds

• Regular: Naturally, cannabis seeds are either male or female (Dioecious plants). Regular seeds have a 50/50 chance of being either male or female. These seeds are used mainly by breeders and more experienced growers who can quickly identify and remove the male plants before pollination occurs.
• Feminized: These seeds have undergone a series of processes to produce female plants. This eliminates the chances of growing male plants, making these seeds ideal for novice growers.
• Autoflowering: This variety of seeds does not depend on light cycles to transition from one growth stage to the next. Autos are Indica/Sativa/hybrid strains crossed with ruderalis genetics to reduce the growth duration, increase resilience, and eliminate light cycle dependency.
• Importance of seed genetics: The genetics of cannabis seeds play a vital role in determining the quality and quantity of the final yield. Even with optimum environmental growth conditions, poor seed genetics will yield low-quality buds in terms of potency, yield, and aesthetics. Working with a reputable seed bank ensures you purchase premium genetics, which leads to impressive results.

Key factors to consider when choosing cannabis seeds

• THC/CBD levels: Cannabinoid composition and levels are the top factors to consider as they determine effects and potency. THC-rich seeds provide psychoactive effects, making them ideal for recreational use. CBD provides relaxing effects and is non-psychoactive, hence is used therapeutically. Some seeds offer a good balance of THC/CBD and are ideal for consumers who want to experience the best of both worlds.
• Flavor and aroma: Do you enjoy sweet, dessert, skunky, or diesel flavors/aromas? Seed banks provide seed descriptions highlighting the flavors/aroma, making it easy to pick one that appeals to you.
• Growth patterns: When selecting seeds, consider the duration of the growth cycle and the skills and techniques required to ensure optimum results. Do the seeds do well indoors, outdoors, or in greenhouses? Will they take 8 weeks to mature or 8 months?
• Yield potential: Yield is essential as it acts as the reward for all the efforts you have put in over the weeks. Select seeds that will make these efforts worth your while.

Growing Pot Seeds: Tips for Success

Growing cannabis can be a straightforward or difficult process, depending on your level of preparation. Before starting, you will need to consider multiple key factors. These include the estimated budget, growing equipment, your level of cultivation knowledge, the ideal growing space, pest and disease control measures, and environmental factors. In order to ensure optimum yields and potency, the plants should grow in ideal environmental conditions – humidity, temperature, lighting, and PH – in the following measurements/setting.

Environmental factors	Seedling stage	Vegetative stage	Flowering stage
Humidity	60% to 70%	50% to 60%	40% to 60%
Temperatures	21°C to 23°C	21°C to 30°C	18°C to 26°C
Lighting	Blue spectrum light for 16 to 18 hours a day	Full-spectrum light for 16 to 20 hours a day	Full spectrum light for 12 hours a day
Soil PH	6 to 7	6 to 7	6 to 7.

Tips for maximizing yield and potency

1. Ensure environmental factors like lighting, PH, humidity, and temperature are at optimum levels throughout the 3 growth stages
2. Prune the plants and remove dead leaves and branches. This ensures that the lower branches enjoy sufficient air and light
3. Feed your plants the right nutrients, depending on the growth stage. During the vegetative stage, use nutrients with high nitrogen. The bloom stage requires high phosphorus and potassium and low nitrogen.
4. Utilize low and high-stress training techniques to push for higher yields.
5. Harvest at the right time. This is when the trichomes are 70% milky white and 30% brown.

Conclusion

And so we come to the end of this comprehensive and fun piece. We hope that the information herein has met the needs you had at the beginning. In summation, always look for discounts, deals, and free shipping to minimize the cost of purchasing pot seeds. Tips for safe online seed purchase

To avoid such scenarios, we have highlighted a few tips below to help with safe online seed purchases;

1. Conduct thorough research on the prospective seed bank of choice. Find out the services they offer and weigh if it’s what you are looking for.
2. Examine online reviews and ratings to gauge the quality of its products and services. Are orders delivered safely and on time? Do the seeds germinate as guaranteed? Talk to fellow growers and find out their experience with the seed bank.
3. Check the legality of cannabis in your respective state to avoid breaking the law
4. Does the seed bank offer secure payment and shipping methods?

6. Work with a seed bank that offers a germination guarantee. This entitles you to request a replacement for seeds that do not pop when germinated under optimum conditions.
7. Start with a small order first, then increase as you develop a relationship with the seed bank.
8. Call the seed bank and evaluate how the customer representatives respond to your queries and concerns and their knowledge of cannabis seeds and cultivation.

However, Some Sellers sell cannabis seeds in the online black market but it is hard to trust them. More chances are, your money will be put in to waste.
In the united states, Most of Cannabis Farmers rely on other country’s seed banks that deliver internationally. Nonetheless, there is still no assurance that your order will reach you.

KINDS OF CANNABIS SEEDS

There are two kinds of cannabis seeds.

1. By Sex Cannabis Seeds
2. BY Genetics Cannabis Seeds

BY SEX CANNABIS SEEDS

• Regular Seeds
• Feminized Seeds

REGULAR SEEDS (BY SEX CANNABIS SEEDS)

Seeds from a Marijuana plant. These seeds come from one male and one female parent. There is a 50% chance that the plant will be feminized version. Because you have zero control over the plant gender.
Regular Seeds are the breeder’s first choice and are responsible for preserve the marijuana genus through its natural evolution.

TOP QUALITY REGULAR SEEDS

#1 WHITE WIDOW REGULAR SEEDS

White widow is a hybrid cannabis strain from Brazilian Sativa and South Indian Indica genetics. White widow name for its frosty white appearance.white widow regular seeds flowering time 8 weeks.

#2 OG KUSH REGULAR SEEDS

OG KUSH is an American Cannabis strain popular for its dank.OG Kush has shelf quality buds. High yielding plants grow both outdoors and indoors. OG kush flowering time 55 days.

FEMINIZED SEEDS (BY SEX CANNABIS SEEDS)

Feminized Seeds also called only female plants. Feminized seeds are produced by using only female plants. The female plant which carries a special hormone treatment known as gigerell-acid.The effect of this hormone forces female plants to produce. Feminized seeds are great for producers with strict plant limits and cloning.
You should buy feminized seeds instead of their regular seeds. These Seeds have no male chromosomes and guaranteed to produce resinous buds.

Why feminized seeds dominant to REGULAR SEEDS???

The big difference in between feminized & Regular seeds in their genome. Feminized seeds only contain female chromosomes (xx). So they produce 100% female seeds. It is compulsory to cross-fertilize a female with another female that is (xx) (xx).
Regular seeds come from cross-fertilization between a male (XY) and a female (XX). So their genome contains both sexes.
The main difference is that feminized seed only produce female specimens, while from a Regular seed both male and female come out.
Many people have even doubt that feminized seeds are less powerful but its totally wrong. Feminized seeds are completely equal to normal ones.
Professional Cannabis Farmers have pointed out different ways to ensure that the seed will most likely be female. To generate a feminized seed the grower pressure a female plant into being a hermaphrodite. The outcome “male” flowers on a female plant will make pollen that when merged with a real female flower will produce seeds that will be female plants on the germination of feminized seeds a breeder does not need to detect the garden to mark for male plants, that need to be removed.
As feminized seeds are soo much costly, You most likely want to breed out 100% of your seed that half of your seeds.
The Farmers not only interested in Feminized seeds, but Seed banks companies would also favor selling you seed at any time you want to breed a plant rather than you purchasing Cannabis seeds once then become independent OR even a Challenger.
IF you are a new breeder, then feminized seeds are a good choice for you started.

Why growers should buy feminized seeds instead of regular seeds?

White widow feminized seeds is powerful strain in the world. Buds have rich in THC even difficult to see the bud at all. These feminized seeds give the only female plant. Female cannabis seeds more costly than their non-feminized, which means you get all-female seeds when you purchase feminized seeds, Feminized seeds will charge you a bit more , but you will enjoy some actual savings.
If you have no knowledge about the difference between feminized & regular seeds then very likely you will need feminized seeds,99% of the feminized seeds will give you female plants and you need not to worry your marijuana garden.
That’s why White Widow Feminised Seeds from Seedsman, priced at £ 39.25, are more popular than White Widow Regular Seeds, priced at £ 26.15.

So you’ve decided to grow your own food, but how do you decide which garden seeds to choose? How can you understand what the different labels mean? Are the claims on the packets true? What are the health benefits of the different types of seeds?  In this guide, we try to give you the answers to these questions and give you the confidence to get out and pick the right seeds for you.

Finding a good seed bank online or in your area is vital if you are going to put your farming skills to the test. We highly recommend checking out the ‘farm seeds near me’ tool below to find a local store selling the best farm seed near you. It’s always worth finding a good store where you can pick up more tips on how to make the most out of your garden and to get all the tools you need for bigger and better harvests.

Why grow your own vegetables?

Whilst it seems to get easier and easier to get whatever fruit and vegetables you want year-round, growing your own comes with a whole host of benefits. For one, the produce you grow yourself is going to be more nutritious than those items that have had to travel thousands of miles to make it into your local store. You can also be confident of how organic your own growing techniques have been and save money by reducing the amount of produce you need to buy at the superstore.
Other great things about growing your own produce are that:

• It gets you outdoors and helps you to better understand nature as you learn how things grow and to improve their yields.
• Doing your own gardening helps get you active so is good for your heart and tackling any unwanted pounds put on over the winter months.
• Gardening can be great for your mental well-being and can help you appreciate your food more knowing that you had a hand in its production.
• Although gardening itself is a hobby, it can also introduce to a whole new world of hobbies such as botany, nutrition or even taking your produce to the local farmers market.
• If you have children, getting them involved in growing their own can make it a whole lot easier to get them to eat the fruit and veg they usually turn their noses up at.

How do I choose farm seeds?

So what about those questions? How do you understand the differences between F1, Hybrid, Open Pollinated, Heirloom, Heritage, Organic, AAS, AGM….and any other label you might find on a seed packet? Well, the key thing to remember is that there are really only 3 types of seed and many of the other labels are variants of these, re-branding themselves as something different. Here are the 3 major types and what they mean:

Seed Type 1: Open-Pollinated

This refers to seeds pollinated by things like birds, insects, wind or even you, but is generally naturally occurring. Heirloom seeds are always open-pollinated (although open-pollinated seeds are not always heirloom seeds) and will look and respond to treatment just as their parent plant would do.  This means you can trust the flavors you produce each time in your favorite recipe will remain just as good with each new season.
Can these be saved?
Yes

Seed Type 2 – Hybrids

These seeds are usually labeled ‘F1’ and are usually a cross between 2 plants which have been intentionally cross-pollinated by humans. However, you can get hybrids which have been open-pollinated by accident in nature too. Hybrids have made it easier for humans to control and predict how food will grow, make it tastier and have bigger yields and is a technique used over hundreds of years. You can do it yourself by using a paintbrush to pass over pollen from one plant to another.
Can these be saved?
Yes but they will be very unpredictable and are unlikely to be true-to-type

Seed Type 3 – GMOs/BE

This type refers to ‘genetically modified organisms’, more recently re-branded as ‘bio-engineered’ seeds. These seeds cannot happen naturally, and use high-tech splicing techniques such as gene-splicing in a lab where the plant’s DNA itself is altered. GMOs can use genes from different species and are often designed to make the plant produce pesticides. If you’re just growing seeds in your garden, you want to avoid these seeds.
Can these be saved?
Yes, but you won’t be planting them anyway!

What do the Organic and AAS labels mean?

Organic simply means seeds which are from a parent plant which met the organic requirements of a specific region and cannot be from GMO’s. You can grow pretty much organic from conventional seeds, but it could not be certified as organic. AAS tests new seed strains and promotes those that perform the best in their testing program.

Is it Legal to Grow Cannabis in Australia?

In September 2022, the lawmakers of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) region voted in favor of a bill that would allow people 18 and older to own and grow cannabis for personal use. Canberra is also the only city in the Australian Capital Territory, a territory southeast of Australia, located in New South Wales.

Under the new regulation, effective January 31, 2022, residents of the Australian Capital Territory can own up to 50 grams of marijuana and plant up to two plants per person or four plants per household. This change makes the Australian Capital Territory the first of the six Australian states and three inland territories to legalize cannabis for personal use.

Currently, drug-related regulations in Australia vary depending on the state or territory. ACT’s new legislation allowing the legalization of marijuana is currently at odds with drug legislation enacted by the Australian Parliament.

This is not the first time ACT law has contradicted national law. In 2013, ACT legalized same-sex marriage, but it was later rejected by the Supreme Court of Australia.

However, on the general level, the views of the Australian government and people about cannabis have also changed a lot. In 2022, the Australian Parliament passed a law, which for the first time the country allows the cultivation of cannabis for scientific research and professional activities of the health sector.

Currently, there are two countries that have officially legalized cannabis, namely Uruguay and Canada. Many US states have also allowed recreational use of marijuana. In some countries of Europe and Asia, the use of cannabis for research and treatment of diseases is permitted by law.

Fortunately, there are now more and more stores popping up where you can get what you need along with some face to face advice on the best growing methods for healthy plant growth and big yields. Check out our ‘seed stores near me’ tool below to find great stores to buy seeds near you.

In this post, we take a look at some of the best US states to grow cannabis and some of our favorite cannabis strains that you will love to sample whether you’re a beginner to home growing or an experienced connoisseur.

Where is it best to grow cannabis in the US?

Whilst these days, many people can simply pop to their local dispensary to buy some top quality marijuana, for some this could be miles away and be too expensive. Others still might simply like the idea of getting their hands dirty and learning how to grow their favorite weed for maximum control over its flavor. This answer can be broken down into 2 major component parts, namely:

1. Where are the best places to grow weed for legal reasons?
2. Where are the best places to grow cannabis in terms of climate?

Where is it legal to grow cannabis in the USA?

Currently, most US states have legalized some form of cannabis use and home cultivation. However, in many cases, this is for medical use only and requires documentary evidence. In at least 10 states recreational use has been legalized and in more than 10 others cannabis has been decriminalized. So before you start growing your own, it’s always a good idea to check the legality of doing it in your particular area (see here). Even if the legality doesn’t bother you personally, if it is legal, this will give you the option to grow outdoors or use a bigger grow space if you’d prefer to.

Where is the best climate to grow cannabis in the USA?

Way out in front in terms of the best climatic conditions in the states where it is legal to grow marijuana the US is the consistently warm and sunny California (make sure to check the weight amount you are legally allowed to grow). Nevada also fits this double bill of suitability. Oregon too has great conditions, although they change more, marijuana plants are able to deal with the slight fluctuation. In fact, Tennessee and Kentucky probably have the best climatic conditions, but weed grown there is currently done so illegally.
Washington and Michigan have good climates and legislation for cannabis growth, but you will have a bit more rain to contend with which weed plants don’t love that much. Massachusetts is a great place to grow weed and was the first state east of the Mississippi River that moved to legalize recreational cannabis. However, it gets cold in winter so year-round growth won’t be possible (outdoors at least).

What are the best indoor and outdoor cannabis strains?

With so many cannabis strains out there, it’s hard to know where to start sometimes. Here are five of our favorite indoor and outdoor cannabis strains to get you started.

#1 Best Outdoor Cannabis Strain in Warm Climates: Girl Scout Cookies Feminized Seeds

If you’re fortunate enough to live in the ideal climate California has to offer or another similarly warm and sunny state, then these seeds will thrive in your outdoor environment. Born in Northern California, this strain is full of flavors of spice and chocolate as well as having a deep and skunky aroma. This Indica dominant strain has also built up quite a reputation for itself thanks to its high THC levels of up to 24%.
The other major benefits of these seeds are that: they flower in just 8 or 9 weeks; they grow well in most climates; the stone is cerebral and comes on quickly and will get you reaching for the snacks; they also grow well in hydroponic setups so can be grown indoors if you don’t have a suitable outdoor space, and; they have higher yields when given a longer vegetation phase. The downside of these seeds is that they are very pricey.
#Girl_Scout_Cookies #Cannabis_Seeds #Hash #THC #Outdoor_Seeds

#2 Best Outdoor Cannabis Strain in Cold Climates: Annapurna Super Auto Feminised Seeds

If you are not so blessed with continual summers but have decent levels of sunshine then these seeds would be a good choice. Derived from cannabis plants grown in the Himalayas, they are used to growing at altitude so can cope with a fluctuation in temperature between warm in the days and very cold in the nights. This strain is 80% Sativa and can grow to an astonishing 2.5 meters tall so you will want to check your state laws as this cannot really be grown discretely.
Other benefits of these seeds are that: they produce high yielding auto flowering plants; the plants produced are highly resinous making these great plants for hash making, indeed some of the world’s best hash is grown in the Himalayas; they have a strong but not overbearing 18% THC level and a decent 0.8% CBD content, and; the stone is uplifting  and joyous. The downside of these seeds is that they take closer to 14-weeks to flower so you’ll have to be patient.

#3 Best Indoor Auto flowering Cannabis Seeds for THC: Auto Tutankhamon Feminized Seeds

When you are not graced with a huge outdoor space or want to grow a bit more surreptitiously, the strains which grow to enormous heights are not going to be suitable. Fortunately, these great seeds produce plants that won’t grow beyond a little over 1 meter tall but still produce a decent amount of vegetation along with hefty colas that mean they won’t let you down in terms of yields.
Other great things about these seeds are that: they are auto flowering so they are easy to grow for beginners, especially indoors; they grow and flower fast and will be ready in around 9 weeks for harvest; they are high in THC content; they taste fruity and stink of skunk; , and; they are suitable for cloning. The downside of these seeds is that outdoors they struggle with insects, fungus, and mold and have trouble dealing with humidity.
#Marijuana_Seeds #Tutankhamon #Fast_Flowering_Cannabis #Autoflower #THC

#4 Best Indoor Auto flowering Cannabis Seeds for CBD: CBD Auto Cheese Feminized Marijuana Seeds

If you are looking to grow weed with a high level of CBD and only have an indoor grow space, then these seeds will be great for you so long as you like a mellow high. These seeds have 8% THC and CBD, so unlike some strains with a high CBD content, you will notice the THC. Perhaps atypically, this strain is actually originally from Europe and has a calming and relaxing effect for both the body and the mind. It’s pretty good for the soul too.
Other good things about these sees are that: the high CBD is good for people suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, depression and also a great anti-inflammatory;  they produce bigger yields indoor than out; they are easy to grow for beginners as they are auto flowering, and; they have good germination rates. The downside of these seeds is that if you are looking just for CBD content for medicinal use and don’t want THC, this won’t be the plant for you.

#5 Best Cannabis Seeds for Indoor or Outdoor:  Grandaddy Purps Feminized

If you’re looking to try your hand at both indoor and outdoor growth and want to test out how strains react differently in these environments, then these seeds would be a good choice. They are also a great choice for those who love flavorsome weed as this particular strain has shot up in popularity in recent years mostly as a result of its distinct berry and marshmallow aromas. Be warned though, you’ll need to be ready for a strong stoning with this weed.
Other great things about these seeds are that: they flower within 9 weeks, but unlike the others on this list are not auto flowering which is good for those wanting to get better at growing particular strains; they produce bigger yields than auto flowering strains, and; they are covered in THC crystals so you can make nice hash or edibles from the foliage which is abundant. The downside of these seeds is that the heavy stones is not suitable for everyone.

Can I Grow Marijuana Legally in California?

Yes, adults can legally grow a total of six indoor plants. However, cities and municipalities can still choose not to legalize marijuana.

The ability of some regions to refuse to legalize marijuana has been criticized. So far, many low-income countries have chosen to legalize cannabis, and fewer wealthy nations have decided to join.

This raises concerns that counties with the resources to really shrink black market cannabis deals are opting out.

However, medical marijuana holders are allowed to grow significantly more. In fact, patients are allowed to grow as many plants as they want in the 100 square foot space.
